As a CX Designer & Researcher, I enabled client teams to deeply understand their customers by uncovering pain points, motivations, and desires through facilitated group sessions and direct research.

My research methodology involved open-ended interviews, storyboards, prototypes, and custom research aimed at validating or invalidating key hypotheses. This process helped clients better understand potential risks and shape early ideas more effectively.

At Jam3, I collaborated with creatives and strategists to conceptualize engaging customer experiences. I delivered a wide range of UX assets, including heuristic evaluations, competitive audits, user stories, site maps, user flows, and prototypes. My role involved advocating for both the user and business throughout the design process, ensuring that solutions met the needs of both.

During my time at MediaMonks, I contributed to shaping innovative digital experiences and websites by generating fresh ideas and elevating content and interaction concepts. I consistently produced high-quality UX deliverables, including wireframes, user journeys, flows, and prototypes, whether starting from scratch or completing ongoing projects.

I worked with prestigious brands such as Google, Microsoft, adidas, Riot Games, and Twitter, leading workshops to co-create and ideate in a fast-paced environment, while presenting polished design solutions to clients.

At Minsait, I collaborated with cross-functional teams, focusing on sketching design ideas, wireframing, and prototyping. I oversaw design concepts from inception to implementation, ensuring they met business and user needs. I worked closely with both the visual design and development teams to ensure efficient UX implementation.

Additionally, I contributed to the development of responsive design strategies, maintaining a focus on user interaction and interface design principles.

As a Product Designer, I worked on the UX and UI of Selphi, a facial recognition mobile app primarily used by banks. I was involved in the full design process, from wireframing and prototyping to crafting mobile user interfaces.

In collaboration with the development team, I helped outline a strategic plan and roadmap, identifying opportunities for product improvements and enhancing the overall user experience.
